My Story

Hi! My name is Elizabeth Reyes and I am from Beruit, Lebanon. I came to the United States when I was 25 because I was offered a position here as a nurse for Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC. A couple years after, I got married to my wonderful husband and now have two beautiful daughters. I have been working as a nurse for more than 30 years.

I have always had a passion for the kitchen but got into catering when I was trying to raise money to go visit my sick mother in Lebanon. I began to make cookies and empanadas as a fundraiser and quickly found that everyone at work loved them and wanted more! Before I knew it, I was being asked to make multi-cuisine soups, salads, various entrees and desserts. I decided to start my own catering business and extremely grateful for all the support I have gotten so far.

Homemade Food

 Everything that I make is 100% homemade. I work straight out of my kitchen from my home which gives me room to make everything with love

Ethnically Sourced Ingredients

The food I make is from all around the world. I spend most of my time shopping in Asian, Hispanic, Middle-Eastern supermarkets to buy food that is identical to what you would eat in that country

Fresh & Innovative

Every dish is freshly made from scratch. The vegetables and herbs used in cooking are grown in my garden. I also mix food from different cuisines in order to spice up your taste buds and create a unique fusion of meals
